Typhoon 3000 is a unique design of semi-submersible jackup. She can be used for the following purposes (list is, of course, not exclusive!):-

– Drydocking of small vessels in remote areas
– Roll-on, transport and float-off of precaste floating elements (this approach has been used with dockgates etc)
– Piling works with crane of upto 600 tonnes
